FCI takes quality and food safety seriously. Not only that, product authenticity is important to us. To ensure all aspects of food
safety and quality, FCI has implemented the following programmes:

• Vendor Assurance – All suppliers need to pass our document/factory audit before supplying to us. We only source from suppliers with appropriate vendor assurance programmes to meet our strict standards.
• Supplier GMP/GHP Audit – We visit our suppliers' facilities on a regular basis to ensure HACCP & GMP/GHP standards
  are as per our customers' requirements.
• Product Recall - We conduct product mock recalls on a regular basis to ensure all of our products are traceable. 
• We are a Member of AFJA  (Australian Fruit Juice Association)
